The built-in QuickBooks aging report is fixed: standard buckets, standard layout. If you want to flag every customer over a threshold, sort by total exposure, add days-past-due on the oldest invoice, or chart concentration — you're exporting and pivoting in Excel again.
Describe the report you want instead. The AI writes the query against your open invoices; your browser computes it; you keep the workflow and re-run it before every collections call.

Common questions
Can I change the aging buckets?
Yes — buckets are just part of your prompt. Ask for 15-day buckets, a single 60+ bucket, or aging by invoice instead of by customer, and the SQL updates to match.
Does this work from an exported invoice list?
Yes. Export open invoices from QuickBooks (or any system — NetSuite, Xero, a CSV from your ERP) and drop the file. The aging is computed the same way.
Can the AI hallucinate my numbers?
No — the AI never generates numbers. It plans the analysis and writes SQL; a real query engine in your browser computes the result from your actual data. Every step is visible as SQL you can read and audit, so a wrong number is a wrong query you can see, not an invented figure you can't.
Does my financial data get uploaded to a server?
No. Your file contents stay in your browser — the computation runs on your machine. The AI only sees your column names and a small sample so it can plan the steps. When you connect QuickBooks live, data flows to your browser session, not into a database we keep.
